What we collect
When you register for a class we collect your name, date of birth, contact numbers, email address, school, grade and district. When you use the student portal we also hold your attendance, payment and practice records.
Why we collect it
We use this information to enrol you in classes, contact you about schedules and payments, issue receipts, and keep your academic records. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Payment information
We never store card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords. Payments are recorded as an amount, a method and a reference only.
How long we keep it
Student records are kept while you are enrolled and afterwards for academic reference. You may ask us to correct or remove your information at any time.
Your choices
You can update most of your details from the student portal. Changes to your name or phone number are reviewed by the teacher before they take effect, to protect your records.
